Idiots in US Government install client side monitoring software on BitTorrent Admin's computer
DAMN IT CHARLES!
Shouldn’t they be monitoring the network traffic, where they actually have control and he can’t mess with it?
Using software on a client computer to do the monitoring is just asking for abuse.
