Plan to warn women of violent men and monitor abusers
“Jacqui Smith told the Observer that serial perpetrators of domestic violence could be monitored in a similar way to paedophiles, allowing police to identify and alert any new partners to their records in the hope of preventing future abuse.”
Sounds like it would prevent future abuse, by preventing future relationships. Obviously a person acting in a manner that violates other’s rights needs to have a reduction in their own rights to prevent this continuing, but how far is too far?
If you restrict someone too much, how can they re-integrate in to society?
