 I see these kinds of reactionary moves at my work all the time.
 ”OMG, Some thing went wron, somebody made a mistake, quick lets change providers to someone that may or may not give us the same kind of issues”

If you are with a provider that has a good reputation for being very reliable then moving providers due to a single issue, how are you to know that you new provider is going to be better? or any good at all?
