When people say that ‘people only use 10 percent of their brain’ they are creating confusion. The correct statement is ‘people only use 10 percent of their brains at any one time’
The brain has many specialised parts that do different jobs, most of which can’t/doesn’t need to be done at the same time. We do use 100% of our brain, just not all at once.
