It’s worrying when laws are there but not enforced, as then most people don’t realise the laws exist.

We need a police force. They need to be armed with the ability to subdue and disable a suspect that is a physical threat. But giving anyone these abilities needs to require a large amount of oversight as there is only a very limited set of situtations where the use of these abilities is humane and nescessary.
