typedef struct node { char line[ MAX_LENGTH ]; /* text of line */ struct node *link; /* pointer to next line */ } NODE;
I really hate overly commented code. It is hard to read.
SchNEWS 600 - Camp for Climate Change →
A case of police apparently attacking peaceful protesters. But from the way the article is written it is obvious that it is not a clear unbias account of the events that took place.
What is more likely, The police attacking a peaceful protest or the police reacting to a few violent individuals at this protest?

I think not. Wireless networking is convienent, but not reliable. As a primary means of accessing a network a denial of service attack on your whole company would be laughably easy.

“Under this interpretation, any data stored in RAM could be subject to a subpoena, as at a basic level it is a “medium from which information can be obtained” just like a hard drive.”
Wow, sounds like that would end up being a lot of data to store.

What Is Object Oriented Programming? →
I’ve never really liked object orientated programming, I always end up in a position where I’m fighting with the object model. This is because a lot of the time programming logic can’t be seperated out to be linked with a single datatype.

Microsoft is distributing their case studies of why companies moved from GNU\Linux to Windows Server in .doc format.
Note to microsoft: when marketing to users of other platforms use a format that is easily read by users on any platform.

Apparently the tools for open social networks don’t exist. I wonder if they have googled for them.
XFN has been around for a while and in terms of making a network of friends the web has had the tools for the past decade.

“we envision a computer interface that utilizes a thesaurus, spelling correction, displays of what is possible, and knowledge of the user and the task to take part in a negotiation of the user’s command. UML is stupidly complex. Most people don’t have the required stack space in their brain to hold all the requirements of a large project in their head.
UML doesn’t help because it still requires that you keep the abstract relationships between these requirements in your head.
